Located in the affluent neighbourhood of Gulshan, this project represents an important contribution to the raising development standards of Dhaka. 

We have curated the elegant and classic interiors of this residence, which was designed by the prominent Bangladeshi Architect Nahas Khalil for one of the country’s top developers.

The communal areas of the building are meticulously crafted with the objective of creating a comfortable and domestic feel for a well-travelled and knowledgeable group of users. The interiors flow into the articulated spaces of the building, creating a dialogue with the architectural language, landscape design, and tropical environment.

The combination of colours and materials establishes a balanced sequence of spaces, while the unpretentious carpentry elements form a crisp design by celebrating the space rather than adding loud features.
