Multiple stories come together sharing the same space. The house is a living organism with a variety of characters and spaces. The intimate everyday life, large family gatherings, personal work, and formal meetings, are just some of the events happening under the same roof.

Home is then a comforting place for the family to spend quality time, and at the same time a practical and welcoming venue for busy activities, encounters and meetings.

Our design proposal aims to interpret the multi-faceted spirit of this residence connecting all the spaces in an uninterrupted flow that gently guides its residents and guests through different rooms with different moods and functions. Our approach strives to achieve a balanced simplicity that reconcile the different uses, with three design principles in mind: Rhythm, Harmony and Character.
