The Interior Design of Summer Hill Residence is inspired by the character of the place and the aspirations of its inhabitants. The 3-storey Villa is envisioned to be a multi-generation residence where the family can spend time together and welcome their guests, in a tranquil and homely environment. When it comes to the interiors, we believe that the main objective is to complement the lush outdoor gardens and the volumetric articulation of the Architecture, finding a delicate balance between the desire of letting nature flowing within and the need of maintaining a comfortable setting for everyday life.

The concept takes clues from nature and the way its beauty is unveiled by skillful craftsmanship and creativity. We bring within the interior space three elements: the landscape greenery, the colours of the earth and the textures of the wood. Shades of green, brown and red will create focal points and anchor elements against a neutral background of bright plaster wall and light stones. This will result in a warm and peaceful colour palette, enriched with natural patterns and textures reassuring to the eye.
