In 2018, we had the privilege of participating in a private “concept and price” tender competition to build the new Razer Headquarters in Singapore.

Although unbuilt, the conceptual scheme was positively received. We presented our interpretation of the world-famous gaming company as a market leader – dominant, forward-looking, and attentive to details and technology.

The site is located within the renown One North district, a world-famous research and development cluster, housing several high-tech companies.

Plain and unpretentious from the street side, the project offers lush green terraces toward the back where One North Park meets the site. The project was also an opportunity to study and develop an innovative and efficient typology as we continue our exploration and research on workplaces
