Rosehill Residences is a 26-storey luxury condominium located in the center of Yangon, along the busy Kabar Aye Pagoda Road. The project was nominated “best residential architectural design” at the Myanmar Property Awards in 2016. With 176 units of various sizes and types, including some 3-storey sky villas on the rooftop, it is one of the most prominent private residential building coming up in the buzzing economic capital of Myanmar. The design adapts to a challenging site with a steep topography. A complex building plan resolves an irregular plot shape. Units’ layouts respond to the lifestyle and needs of the local growing upper middle class, by providing generous and intriguing spatial configurations. The building is also orientated towards the magnificent Swhedagon Pagoda, of which residents can enjoy impressive views. The project has been done within the design & build division of Soilbuild.
